		<description>Good news!  Gas Co. showed up at 8 am, tested everything (including doing soil samples outside) and there is no leak on my property!  Someone in the neighborhood has a leak it seems, and the technician feels the gas may be building up under my neighbor&#039;s carport at night.  So a word of warning to all--don&#039;t light up under my neighbor&#039;s carport!</description>
