Don’t put clearance items on your wedding wish list. I got onto the Kohl’s website on Sunday night where my nephew and his fiancee are registered to take care of ordering their wedding gift. I logged on around 10 pm, thinking it would only take me about 1/2 hour to place the order. Two hours later at midnight I finally finished. Just about everything was no longer available! I would think I had it all taken care of and would be down to the end of the process when I’d get a message saying that whatever I had ordered was not available and that I had to go back to my order and delete it. Then I had to go back to their registry and log in again to find something else. I don’t understand why Kohl’s doesn’t have a message next to the item saying it is not available rather than having you go through the entire process over and over again. It was totally maddening!!! I would have gone to another site, but they are only registered with Kohl’s and have an extremely small gift list. I finally just went off their list and ordered whatever I felt like getting. Kohl’s is a great store….in person. And if you’re getting married, sign up for multiple wish lists and don’t do one with Kohl’s.

Am grateful that today (4/15) has finally arrived. I have been cringing every time the phone rings, thinking it’s another procrastinator calling for tax help. Wound up doing 10 returns this year (including my own). Most were relatively easy, but I’m still glad it’s over. And, if you didn’t yet file, too bad. Don’t call me!
