The day is just beginning.  Get prepared for bedlam.  It started in heavy duty yesterday.  We wound up with bodies all over the place and the driveway filled with Burning Man stuff.  I have so much to do to get ready for Brian’s arrival tonight that I just don’t know where to start.  I hope I don’t fall asleep on the way to the airport to pick them up ’cause I know I will be that tired at 10 pm tonight.

I’m trying to clean and keep all the Burning Man stuff (and party stuff) in one place, but it’s beginning to get overwhelming.  My bedroom is in fairly good shape, so at least when I go to bed at night I have a relatively calm place to retreat to.

Right now we have four people, 2 dogs and 4 cats staying in the house.  Floyd (Patrick’s dog) will probably be here at some point as well.  Tomorrow I expect 30-40 people here for this party…what was I thinking!  Plus all the Burners will be out in the driveway packing up the truck and trailer.

Brian has no idea what he’s coming to.  Surprise, surprise!  He may never want to return.
